• Items that are in stock will be dispatched from our studio within 1–5 business days.

• If you have selected custom engraving, please allow up to an additional week for your order to be completed before dispatch. We always aim to have engraved orders ready sooner where possible.

• Custom-made orders may require 2–10 weeks for completion, depending on the complexity of the project, seasonal demand, and product size.

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
